You’re So Fly: Kamber Parker

Generational Performance Solutions: A Bold New Brand, A Clearer Mission, and a Promising Future

In today’s rapidly evolving workplace, clarity of mission and adaptability are critical for success. Generational Performance Solutions (GPS), formerly known as YoPro Know, exemplifies what it means to reimagine a brand with purpose. In a recent conversation with Flywheel, GPS founder Kamber Parker shared insights on the rebranding journey, the inspiration behind the new identity, and the momentum it has already created.

A Strategic Pivot Years in the Making

The rebrand wasn’t a spur-of-the-moment decision. Kamber explained that the idea had been percolating for well over a year. The tipping point came through a combination of firsthand experiences and hard data. As she traveled across the country for speaking engagements, she frequently encountered confusion about the company’s previous name, “YoPro Know.”

“When I had to explain what we did just so the name would make sense, I knew we had a problem,” she said. Additionally, a third-party consultant revealed through client and prospect feedback that the name created a perception that the company’s services only catered to young professionals, despite its broader scope.

That moment of clarity prompted a decisive move. GPS was born with a name that better reflects the company’s mission: providing comprehensive solutions to help organizations thrive through intergenerational collaboration and performance improvement.

A Rebrand, Fast-Tracked and Fully Executed

Executing a full brand transformation in just three months would be daunting for most companies. But with the added pressure of presenting a fresh face to their newest enterprise client, a Large Brand Name Automaker, the GPS team accelerated their timeline.

From legal and financial documentation to logo design and color palettes, the rebrand was truly a team effort. Key collaborators included Courtney Beasley, a fellow Flywheel member who guided the branding process, Jade, who focuses on Operations and the fine details of the brand transformation, and Christine, GPS’s in-house designer who took inspiration from a vibrant painting already hanging in their office. That same painting now prominently appears on the Flywheel website—an amusing and meaningful coincidence.

The results speak for themselves. Even in the short two months since the rebrand, Kamber noted new business inquiries, stronger brand recognition, and greater clarity in post-event engagements. “We’re already seeing the shift in how people view our content and convert afterward. That’s why we did it.”

Partnership and Growth at Flywheel

A significant part of GPS’s transformation has been shaped by its residence at Flywheel. Before joining, GPS operated as a fully remote company. Now, with a home base in the vibrant Flywheel community, the company has found a new rhythm.

Kamber credits Flywheel with bringing credibility, visibility, and a stronger sense of team connection. “I love Flywheel life,” she shared. “Our clients come here, we host meetings, and it feels like an extension of our brand.”

Beyond workspace benefits, the supportive staff, robust programming, and opportunities to connect with other founders have made a lasting impact. Kamber expressed special appreciation for the Flywheel team, emphasizing how their dedication and personal investment help small businesses feel seen and supported.

Technology, Tools, and the Road Ahead

Looking ahead, GPS has ambitious plans. While it currently operates as a professional services firm, the company is actively working on developing a digital product. A minimum viable product (MVP) is expected by the end of the year, allowing GPS to scale its services and extend its reach beyond live engagements. Kamber hopes to find the right enterprise partner to help bring this product to life—someone who sees the value in bridging generational gaps through thoughtful, tech-enabled tools.

As a company rooted in improving workplace communication and collaboration across generations, GPS also understands the double-edged nature of technology. It can either build bridges or deepen divides. That’s why the company’s future digital tools will focus on simplifying complexity and enhancing connection, not replacing it.

From Passion to Purpose

What drives Kamber isn’t just business success—it’s purpose. “I truly feel the most alive when I’m on stage, sharing this message,” she said. “To see how universally people respond, across industries and countries, is incredibly inspiring.”

Her journey from side hustle to national speaker and business owner has been one of steady growth, intentional networking, and grit. The new brand has helped shift the focus from “The Kamber Show” to a broader team vision. It’s a transition she welcomes as the business scales.

In the spirit of giving back, Kamber has big plans for contributing more to the Flywheel community, including an exciting and personal addition: teaching yoga. As she completes her 200-hour certification, she’s eager to offer classes that help fellow entrepreneurs manage stress and stay grounded—something she’s found invaluable in her own journey.

Advice for Young Entrepreneurs

Her advice to those just starting? “Your network is everything. Go to the coffee meetings, show up to events, and build relationships. Years later, those connections will open doors you didn’t even know existed.” And just as importantly: “You’ll never know what’s possible unless you jump.”

A Bright Future for GPS

With a clearer name, a sharper message, and a renewed sense of purpose, Generational Performance Solutions is poised for its next chapter. The rebrand was more than a cosmetic change—it was a reflection of the company’s growth and ambition. Backed by a talented team, a strong community at Flywheel, and a forward-looking vision, GPS is not only ready for the future—it’s helping to shape it.

The journey of GPS serves as a blueprint for what’s possible when clarity meets courage. And as Kamber and her team continue to scale, there’s no doubt their impact will be felt across generations.
