Originally from Philadelphia with strong ties to Atlanta, Annette’s entrepreneurial journey began in the high-stakes world of event planning and project management with a specific focus on international weddings. Her success in that space reflected a natural strength: the ability to manage present demands while anticipating what’s ahead, often multiple steps ahead. That mindset led her to launch Grind Vine after relocating to Winston-Salem, where the city’s collaborative and innovation-forward energy inspired her next chapter.
